The sugar hidden in sauces and dressings: this way you can be harming your diet

The peoples consume excess sugar and much of it comes from processed foods, not only pastries, ice cream and other sweet foods, as well salty foods can be a great source of sugar.

  • Italian dressing: for each spoonful of this dressing that we use to flavor our salad we will be adding 1.25 grams of sugar of industrial origin.

If we think that in a diet of 2000 Kcal it would be ideal not to exceed 25 grams of sugar , we will easily realize that an assiduous use of sauces and commercial dressings may be the reason why we do not manage to moderate the added sugars in our diet despite have eliminated cereals, cookies and pastries in it.

The best thing in these cases is to avoid the commercial options and in his replacement, to elaborate homemade sauces and dressings that without a doubt will concentrate less added sugars that can harm our diet and consequently, the health of the organism.
