Video technology opens numerous doors across all kinds of sectors, with HR one area in which it can be especially useful. Here we look at seven ways in which it can be useful.

Video recordings can be used to capture knowledge and share information while ensuring that the integrity of the data remains uncompromised. This can be especially useful when experts are sharing knowledge or reporting on specific incidents and an accurate record is required. To communicate new processes and procedures, video technology can be used to create a content library of tutorials. In this way, everyone is clear as to what is expected of them and expectations are met, as the correct information is being passed on to the right channels.
