Never a dull moment in Cheltenham!

Cheltenham is the perfect destination for a summer weekend break. Located in the stunning Cotswolds, there is a wealth of events, places of interest, theatres, festivals and shops to keep you entertained. Picturesque avenues of Regency buildings, swathes of open park space and tons of chic places to stay, you’ll be spoilt for choice when you visit Cheltenham. Pittville Park – Beautiful Regency townhouses surround this large parkland with a quaint boating lake, tennis courts, huge children’s playground, golf and animals. You can also find the iconic Pittville Pump Room located here, the home to the original spa waters that put Cheltenham on the map.

The Lido – When the sun is shining, head to the Sandford Park Lido, an art deco outdoor pool complex and one of the finest examples of such in the whole country.

Entertainment – If you’re seeking some culture, then you won’t be disappointed as the town boasts a Town Hall, the Everyman Theatre, The Playhouse, the Bacon Theatre and Cheltenham Racecourse where many events and shows are staged throughout the year.

Festivals – Cheltenham is unique in that it stages so many world-famous and incredibly popular festivals throughout the year. Whatever it is you’re into, the town is sure to have an event right up your street. Current festivals include the Literature Festival, the Music Festival, Science Festival, Jazz and Food.

Shopping – Recently expanded, the Brewery Quarter is Cheltenham’s newest top shopping destination with top brands and plenty of family-friendly activities including indoor adventure golf, soft play and a Cineworld Imax multiplex cinema. There are also loads of fantastic restaurants here.  Not forgetting all the retail outlets that stock both women and mens designer polo shirts, jeans and more like the online retailer EJ Menswear.
